Returns & Refunds Policy

Vintage & Antique Items (Final Sale) Due to their unique, historical nature, all vintage and antique items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Please review all product details and photos carefully before making your purchase. Returns due to a change of mind are strictly not accepted as all items are shipped internationally.

Modern Handcrafted Jewelry Modern handcrafted pieces may show minor tool marks or slight variations due to the artisan handmade process. Returns or exchanges for these items are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly mis-described.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (3-Day Notice) If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must submit a return request via our Q&A section or send an email to our official address (thegilzoco@gmail.com) within 3 days of receipt. Your request must include clear photos of the product, packaging, and the specific issue.

Return Shipping & Process Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions. All approved returns must be shipped out to our designated U.S. return address within 3 calendar days of approval.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is caused by our error. Refunds or exchanges will be officially processed only after the returned item has been received and safely inspected in its original condition.
